About Sunshine Exercise Physiology

Exercise physiologists are degree qualified practitioners, with human movement and physiology at the forefront of their expertise. Individuals with chronic or progressive disease, medical conditions, have an injury, or need tailored assistance to reach their wellness goals are best suited to be guided by an exercise physiologist.

At Sunshine Exercise Physiology, we strive to create an encouraging and fun environment, focusing on patient-centred care and evidence-based practise. Our biggest achievement is in helping you enjoy exercise that is safe and works for you.

We are a mobile service, which means we come to you, so that you can feel confident and relaxed in your own environment. After the first initial consultation you will be provided with a tailored exercise program, with the guidance of a professional exercise physiologist by your side every step of the way.

About Kaitlin Spring- Accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist

I have always had an interest in movement, learning about the human mind/body, and enjoy physical activity for the health, fun and joy that it brings.

However, having experienced times in my life where exercise was challenging, I’ve made it my mission to ensure, that even if it’s difficult to move due to a condition, I help to find you a way to exercise, move and enjoy it at the same time. I want you to be confident in how you approach exercise and movement so that it lights you up inside, and makes you feel better.

Since living and working on the beautiful Sunshine Coast for many years now, I enjoy exploring our slice of paradise with my family and friends.

If you have any questions or would like to connect, I would love to hear from you.
